BCHC Welcomes New Department Managers
Buchanan County Health Center is pleased to introduce Steve Yarnall as the Nutrition Services Manager. Steve comes to BCHC with over twenty years of experience in nutrition services.
“BCHC is excited to welcome Steve. He comes to the organization with a great amount of experience in the retail and nursing home nutrition services arena, which will provide tremendous value to our organization,” commented Ben Stevens, CFO.
An avid outdoorsman, Steve resides with his wife and three children.
Buchanan County Health Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Tasha Gilson, RHIT as its Health Information Manager. An employee of BCHC for the past 15 years, Tasha most recently held the position of Privacy Officer for the organization.
“Tasha has been with the organization for many years and has excelled in many of the tasks she has been given. Not only is she very good from a technical standpoint, but her character, compassion, and attitude are paramount,” commented Ben Stevens, CFO.
A lifelong resident of Buchanan County, Tasha received an associate degree in Applied Science through the Health Information Technology program at Northeast Iowa Community College. Tasha resides in Independence with her husband, Daniel, and boxer. Tasha and her husband are expecting their first child in August.
