Buchanan County Health Center and its clinics are now on MyHealth by MyUnityPoint.
The portal allows you to:
- Pre-register for your visit
- Update personal information
- Review your lab and radiology results
- View medication and allergy information
- View upcoming appointments
- See visit history and discharge information
- Print, download, or send your health summary to other providers
