• Cystoscopy to look inside the bladder with a scope to check for chronic irritated bladder, bladder cancer, diverticulum (pouches) of the bladder, or bladder stones
• Ultrasound to check the kidneys or scrotum
• Catheter insertions or changes
• Bladder scanner will calculate amount of urine in the bladder without any further inspection or invasive procedure. The bladder scanner results help evaluate need for treatment, success of medication therapy, and help with making a diagnosis. The bladder scanner can be used on patients while in a wheelchair.
