BCHC Increasing Patient Access to Primary & Urgent Care
Beginning on Monday, February 5th, Medical Associates of Buchanan County Health Center will see patients thirty minutes earlier at 9:00AM in efforts to increase patient access to primary health care. Welcoming two new physicians in August, the addition of Drs. Fahey and Schmidt to the team of providers will continue to improve access to local healthcare with the ultimate goal of guaranteed same-day appointments.
In addition, beginning on Monday, March 5th, BCHC’s Urgent Care will be open Monday evenings from 5:30PM – 8:30PM. With the addition of Monday evening urgent care coverage, Medical Associates will close at 5:00PM all weekdays and will no longer offer extended hours on Monday evenings beginning on March 5th.
