Urgent Care
Urgent Care is open from 5:30-8:30pm, Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm, Saturday-Sunday. We ask that all patients call ahead for urgent care appointments from 9:30am-4pm on weekends and 5:00-8:30pm on weeknights by calling 319-332-0937. If exhibiting COVID-like/respiratory symptoms, please remain in your vehicle until called by a staff member.

Services Provided
Different from office visits or emergency room care, appropriate urgent care visits include those suffering from the following, non-life-threatening ailments and are unable to schedule an office visit with their primary care provider, or if the ailment arises after regular office hours:
- Colds/Flu/Fever/Cough
- Sore throat
- Ear aches
- Sprains/Strains/Simple fractures
- Scrapes/Minor Cuts
- Minor burns
- Rashes/Insect bites & stings/Sunburn
- Nausea
- UTI’s
- Minor allergic reactions/Seasonal allergy relief
- Upper Respiratory Infections

To practice best social distancing in our waiting room, we request that you call-ahead to make an appointment. Phones will be answered between the hours of 5:00-8:30pm on weeknights and 9:30am-4pm on weekends at 319-332-0937.
Patients will not be seen until urgent care opens at 5:30pm on weeknights and 10:00am on weekends.
If you are experience any of the following symptoms, call 911 or visit the BCHC emergency room immediately:
Chest pain, severe abdominal pain, coughing or vomiting blood, severe burns, deep cuts or bleeding that won’t stop, sudden blurred vision, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, sudden dizziness, weakness or loss of coordination or balance, numbness in face, arm or leg, sudden severe headache, seizures, high fevers, any other condition you believe is life-threatening.
