BCHC to offer Elite Health Assessments
Buchanan County Health Center is excited to offer a new, one-of-a-kind outpatient program for its community members and patients. Facilitated through the Wellness Center, Elite Health Assessments will provide participants with a variety of noninvasive in-depth information about their personal health and wellness.
Lasting approximately two hours in duration, each assessment will include a lipid panel and fasting glucose through blood draw, health risk assessment, biometric screening, body composition screening measuring muscle and fat percentages, bone density screening, and nutrition consultation. Each assessment will include a final consultation by a health professional along with a printed packet with in-depth results.
The cost for the Elite Health Assessment is $150, including results for all tests performed within the assessment.
