BCHC Welcomes Human Resources & Process Improvement Director, Ashley Stanley
Buchanan County Health Center (BCHC) is pleased to welcome Ashley Stanley to the role of Human Resources & Process Improvement Director.
Ashley brings extensive experience in benefits administration, process improvement, and employee relations to BCHC. Most recently, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Bertch Cabinet, where she supported more than 700 employees.
“Ashley’s experience and dedication to teamwork align well with our values of serving our community and supporting our teams,” said CEO Wade Weis. “We are delighted that she has chosen to continue her career with us.”
“I’m really looking forward to helping make work a little smoother and more enjoyable for everyone at BCHC,” said Stanley. “Whether it’s improving processes, streamlining workflows, or finding small ways to make day-to-day work easier, my goal is to support our teams so employees can focus on what matters most—caring for our patients and community.”
A resident of Reinbeck, Ashley lives with her husband, Kyle, their three daughters, and their Mini Golden Aussie Doodle. Outside of work, she enjoys attending her daughters’ sporting events, helping on the family farm, attending church, and spending quality family time together. Ashley is also actively involved in the community through her service on the Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Board and the Iowa Hawkeye Community College Foundation Board. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, coaching soccer, running, especially half marathons, cooking, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the San Francisco 49ers.
