BCHC Welcomes Patient Registration Manager, Deidra Silvanage
Buchanan County Health Center (BCHC) is pleased to welcome Deidra Silvanage to the role of Patient Registration Manager.
Deidra brings 16 years of revenue cycle experience to BCHC, with a strong background in patient registration, financial counseling, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing within the Epic system.
“Deidra brings a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of patient-centered registration,” said Tasha Gilson, Director of Revenue Cycle. “Her expertise will help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients from the very first point of contact.”
A Colorado native, Deidra recently relocated to Iowa. She is an avid country music fan and the proud mother of two grown children, as well as a one-year-old granddaughter. In her spare time, Deidra enjoys reading, cooking, outdoor activities, and remodeling her home.
