BCHC Welcomes Process Improvement Manager, Natalie Oakes
Buchanan County Health Center (BCHC) is pleased to welcome Natalie Oakes as its new Process Improvement Manager.
A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Natalie most recently spent more than 10 years with the Iowa Donor Network, first as a Recovery Specialist and later as a Partner Relations Coordinator. In these roles, she built strong relationships with hospitals and community partners to support organ and tissue donation programs through collaboration, education, and process development.
“We are thrilled to welcome Natalie to BCHC as our Process Improvement Manager,” commented Ashley Stanley, Director of HR and Process Improvement. “Natalie will help guide our teams on the Lean journey by empowering associates, improving workflows, and fostering a culture where every team member is engaged in making things better for our patients and each other.”
Originally from Solon, Natalie and her husband now reside in Oelwein with their three children, ages 10, 7, and 3. Former collegiate athletes and avid sports fans, they enjoy cheering on the Hawkeyes and can often be found at a gym or ball diamond supporting their kids.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys being outdoors, biking with her children, spending weekends at the lake, working in the yard, planting flowers, traveling, and spending time with family.
