Gary Wilson Donation
Gary Wilson from Wilson Photography of Independence recently presented a donation of $700 to Buchanan County Health Center Long Term Care. Mr. Wilson donated his profit from recent BCHC “Just for Fun” 2015 calendar sales. The donation will benefit the resident activity fund to help offset the cost of admission fees, tickets and any other expenses for residents who would not otherwise be able to afford to attend. Examples of past excursions include the Old Creamery Theater and the Delaware County Fair.
Mr. Wilson also recently donated his time to create a Super Hero comic book cover, featuring BCHC Long Term Care employees, that was submitted in a contest held at the Iowa Health Care Association & Iowa Center for Assisted Living Convention and Trade Show held recently in Des Moines.
