LifeServe Fall Blood Drive – Tuesday, October 13th

The Independence Area Community Blood Drive will take place on Tuesday, October 13th from 12:00-5:30pm at the Buchanan County Senior Center located at 400 5th Ave NE in Independence.  The blood drive will be facilitated by Lifeserve Blood Center, the sole supplier of community based blood products to BCHC.

Currently, there is a critical need for AB Negative, and general needs for all other blood types.

Please consider giving the gift of life to your friends and family across the county.  Blood donation is safe and takes about an hour to complete.  Interested donors may schedule an appointment by calling 800-287-4903 or by visiting www.lifeservebloodcenter.com.
