Effective immediately, the following entrances are closed under further notice:
•Urgent Care/Wound Center Entrance: All patients should report to ER entrance, located at the northeast side of the hospital.
•Physical Therapy Entrance: All patients should report to the main entrance, located on the south side of the hospital.
