Donnie Bloes Appointed to Buchanan County Health Center Board of Trustees
Donnie Bloes of Jesup was recently appointed to the Buchanan County Health Center Board of Trustees by the BCHC Board of Trustees. A lifelong resident of Jesup, Bloes has played an active role within the community of Jesup and Buchanan County as a business owner and volunteer.
Co-owning B&B Farm Store in Jesup with his father, Jerry Bloes, Donnie currently serves on the St. Athanasius Cemetery Board, is a past parish council member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church and past board member of the Buchanan County Pork Producers, and served as an EMT for the Jesup Ambulance and Fire Department for several years.
“I’m excited to see the hospital continue to grow. We have a lot of potential that people are unaware of in the county, and I look forward to be a part of that success and progression,” commented Bloes.
Bloes joins the BCHC Board of Trustees, replacing a vacant position, held for twenty one years by Connie Brown who recently retired from the Board of Trustees. Bloes and his family reside in Jesup.
