Dr. Payvandi is a cardiologist, practicing with Unity Point Clinic at St. Luke’s in Cedar Rapids. She and partners offer office hours at BCHC specialty Clinic every Monday.
Dr. Payvandi can assist patients with a variety of heart issues. Her areas of special interest include echocardiography, valvular heart disease and women’s heart health. Dr. Payvandi is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease. She earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed additional training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
