BCHC Auxiliary Membership Salad Luncheon
On Friday, March 27th, the Buchanan County Health Center Auxiliary held a membership salad luncheon. This meeting served as an opportunity for returning members to renew their membership and to provide fellowship to those interested in joining Auxiliary. After salads and desserts, Sandy Sauer, Auxiliary President, led the general meeting with event and committee updates, and Auxiliary Gift Shop updates. Judy Pierce, Auxiliary Treasurer, presented a check for $2,000 to Buchanan County Health Center, accepted by Steve Slessor, CEO, to be granted towards department projects. After the general meeting was held, members of the Independence High School Speech Team entertained the attendees with solo performances. The Buchanan County Health Center Auxiliary will hold their next general meeting at the Auxiliary Scholarship Dinner on Thursday, June 4th.
