Nutritional Seminar, April 30
Everyone is invited to join Dr. Erica Smith, Medical Associates, Independence, for a nutritional seminar on “Clean Eating: It’s a Lifestyle, Not A Diet.”
The program will be held on Wednesday, April 30th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Meeting Room A at the Buchanan County Health Center.
A follow-up session for participants has also been scheduled. Follow up will be held Wednesday, May 21 at 6 p.m.
The cost is $15 per person and includes educational materials, both sessions, and plenty of great recipes.
